WINTER MEETING, La Thuile 27-30 JAN 2022

For Skiers on all levels. Three days on and off piste & inspiring skiing.
Skiers’ big winter meeting focuses on skiing together, with space for all sorts of skiing on and off piste. We have chosen this period because it is the best window for finding great skiing on the pistes and the best off-piste conditions. Mentors and local mountain guides lead the groups, and you alternate between this and your own skiing, perhaps with other Skiers if you want.

We want to gather all sorts of Skiers to have fun together, find inspiring skiing and mix this with delicious lunches and dinners.
The base for the Winter Meeting will be La Thuile in Aosta Valley on the boarder of Italy and France. Hotel Boton d´Or a family hotel with a small SPA and a bar, breakfast is served at the hotel.

Structure/Activities:
Skiing in groups led by a mentor or mountain guide combined with independent skiing. The groups will be put together on the basis of preferences and requested levels.
Accommodation: 
Packages with travel and accommodation can be booked through Konfido. We will publish a link when the location has been decided.

Meals:
We eat lunch together on the mountain. Dinners can be booked in the package with Konfido.

Price from 16750 SEK. Including accommodation, lift pass and travel.

Latest September 15th. Minimum number of participants: 10, maximum: 50
If we need additional information from you after signing up we will contact you by email. More information about the event/activity will be send closer to the start.

Your registration step by step

Please notify your participation at Winter Meeting in La Thuile by filling in your name and address. Sign up before 15th October. Minimum 5 Skiers.

If you wish to share a room with another Skiers member, but do not know which ones will come, then we try to help you find a roommate and submit a proposal to you. Enter Skiers member in the field: I would like to share a room with.

When you have paid your deposit, your reservation will become non-changeable and travel terms and conditions will apply. All prices are calculated at the rate of 10,70 Swedish krona for one Euro. Major currency change means that the prices will also change.

Booking with Konfido step by step

  1. Konfido receive your registration
  2. Konfido sends a confirmation that your application has gone through
  3. Konfido send you a confirmation and an invoice for the registration fee
  4. Konfido sends the invoice for final payment that must be made no later than 30 days before departure
  5. Konfido send an evaluation of the trip
